Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac just increased their max loan limits so a ton of portfolio/jumbo loans are about to become “refinance-able”.

The change takes effect Jan 1st 2022 and will make it easier to change your non conforming jumbo portfolio loans into conforming Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loans with a much lower interest rate.
