- Estimated Monthly Savings Calculator (Debt Consolidation): We will do the work for you and display the estimated savings for predictive alerts that have a net positive monthly saving if they were to do a cash-out refinance and pay off all their revolving debt; credit cards, retail cards, HELOCs. - EPO Notifications: On your inquiry alerts that have a funded date within the past 12 months, provided by your API, we will highlight with an EPO Warning notification so you can be aware and take special care of those alerts. EPOs are starting to become a problem, and you can be sure those are going to escalate in the coming months as rates start to decline.
- Listing Alert Coverage: We've recently made new partnerships with listing data providers to get much better coverage and more detail on your listing alerts in MonitorBase. Now you can see a full listing profile about the house, the agent, and the brokerage office involved.
- Listing Alert Automated Emails: In the past, the listing alerts didn't have an automated email sent to your client because they weren't prescreened credit alerts. We've added the ability to automate an invitation-to-engage type email that will automatically go out to all your listing alerts. - Orphan Data Round Robin: For managers and company admins who manage a team of LOs, I'm sure you've experienced a reduction of team members over the past year as many LOs have left the industry. The clients they closed with your company still need a home (or mortgage anyway). we've made an easy tool that you can monitors those past clients and have them distribute to your existing team.
