New predictive alert type (Jumbo Loan Refinance Opportunities)
Alerts you when someone’s mortgage balance is lower than the new conforming loan limits.
Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac just increased their max loan limits so a ton of portfolio/jumbo loans are about to become “refinance-able”.
The change takes effect Jan 1st 2022 and will make it easier to change your non conforming jumbo portfolio loans into conforming Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loans with a much lower interest rate.
