MonitorBase Inquiry Alert Script Example:

Hi Emily, it’s _________ with LENDER NAME. We worked together on PRODUCT about _____ Years/months ago. I'm reaching out because, at LENDER NAME, I have a system that periodically pre-qualifies my clients, and your name came up as someone who may be in the market. I've emailed (or mailed) you a pre-qualification letter, and I wanted to see if that was something I could help you with. [Let them tell you they just applied for a mortgage and what they are trying to do.]

MonitorBase Migration Alert Script Example:

Hi Emily, it’s _________ with LENDER NAME. We spoke back in _______ about a PRODUCT. I have a system to periodically pre-qualify my past clients, and your file came up; it looks like your credit has improved to meet our credit qualifications. I have sent you a pre-qualification letter via email (or mail). Are you still looking into getting PRODUCT now that your credit has improved?

Hi ____, it's _____ with <company name>. We are servicing the loan we closed for you about _____ years/months ago. I'm reaching out because I received your recent payoff request on that loan! I sent you an email with a link; I'd love to give a second opinion on new mortgage options!
 

Customer Rebuttals:

How did you get my credit info? - We periodically pre-qualify people in our marketplace to offer them an offer of credit. This information is available to reputable lenders that can, in turn, provide you with an offer.

Did you pull my credit? – No, we pre-screened your credit. It is only a soft promotional inquiry and doesn't affect your credit. 

I don't like this; how can I opt out? – There is an opt-out on the bottom of the letter we sent; you can call 1-888-567-8688 and opt-out with the credit bureaus from receiving any credit offers in the future. In addition, I can add you to our internal opt-out list if you like.
