If you are using MonitorBase version 3.0 or higher, you may see a new tab under your alerts titled "Additional Data". For each new alert you receive, and when available, we will append additional phone numbers, email address, social media pages, and some helpful demographics.
This can be very helpful if you have limited or no contact info for some of your alerts. It also gives you the opportunity to reach out to your past clients over multiple channels! Retargeting over multiple channels is the new black! For example, think how much easier it will be to engage with a consumer if you can leave them a voicemail, message them on LinkedIn or FaceBook, and shoot them a quick email all at once.
To locate the additional contact info click on that tab titled "Additional Data" that is found when viewing an alerts information page . See the picture below:
Here are some stats on the average amount of additional data we are finding for current 3.0 users. The your numbers may vary based on your demographic of data that you are monitoring. For example, if the data you monitor is primarily first time home buyers, you should see a higher append rate of social media and email accounts. The phone numbers will also be less likely to be listed on the national do-not-call list. On the other hand, if most of the data that you monitor is an older population, you may see a smaller rate of appends of emails and social media accounts. That being said, here are the averages we are seeing.
Of the 3.0 alerts that we are adding additional contact data too:
- 30% we are finding one or more non-DNC phone number.
- 44% we are finding one or more email address.
- 18% we are finding one or more social media account.
If you do not have access to the additional contact data, you may still need to upgrade to version 3.0 or higher.
